If you create an exchange, we may email you reminders about your 45-day and 180-day deadlines. These help you stay compliant; you can opt out at any time.
We share information only with trusted service providers (such as banking partners and email providers) as needed to operate the Services, and as required by law.
Mobile numbers and text-message consent are used only to send the exchange updates you agreed to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
